You still receive full Guildmembers Network support, however depending on the issue, it may take longer to resolve due to our lesser involvement in controlling your site.

The Designer - You have some admin control along with the help of a Guildmembers Network Support Specialist as an assistant Admin. The Guildmembers Network Support Specialist is there as an assistant for help and monitors weekly information, giving you assistance and suggestions where needed. It?s like having a "right-hand-man" at your side.

The Client - You have moderation control to manage your forum and articles on your frontpage, and leave all the day-to-day administration in the capable hands of a Guildmembers Network Support Specialist. Theme changes and other layout changes to your site will be completely handled by the Guildmembers Network Support Specialist via request.
